- When you place an order on our site, you are offering to buy goods from us. We will send you an order acknowledgement email; however, this does not mean your order has been accepted.
- The contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
3. Goods, Pricing and Availability
- We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, colours, and sizes of our goods are as accurate as possible. However, there may be minor variations.
- Prices shown are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable). Prices and delivery charges are subject to change, but changes will not affect any order already confirmed.
- If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.
4. Payment
- We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard etc. Payment must be cleared in full before the goods are dispatched.
5. Delivery and Risk

- Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you only when we receive payment in full.
6. Cancellation and Returns (Consumer Rights Directive)
- Membership fees are non-transferable and are not eligible for any refunds.
- You have the right to cancel your merchandise contract for any reason without penalty within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- To cancel, you must inform us at [email protected] within this 7-day window. You then have a further 7 days to return the goods to us at your own cost.
- We will issue a refund (including standard delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Deductions may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling them more than necessary.

- By law, we must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose.
